Matching Pups and Adopters
All our pups are matched to the best of our ability to our potential adopters based on the information we have received from the fosters and/or caregivers, in hopes to set the best level of expectations when our pups go to their new home.

From start to end
When we agree to take dogs in they are taken to the vet for their initial assessment and a real "to-do" list of vetting that will be required to get that one special pup ready for adoption. The process from beginning to end can take anywhere from 30 days to much longer if the pups has multiple vet care needs that need to be addressed.

Adoption Fees
Adoption fees will vary based on breed, age and other factors. We are a non-profit solely funded by the generosity of people and by adoption fees. We would love to be able to adopt all dogs for a flat fee, however it is not possible to cover all our vet bills, food & boarding and other expenses that come with running a rescue.

In 2023, 3.3 million cats and 3.2 million dogs nationwide entered animal shelters and rescue organizations. This is about the same as in 2022 and slightly higher than 2021.
